 The Tele-Messenger Ultra is an outbound Voice Broadcast System designed for businesses and organizations that need to contact large volumes of people in a short period of time. The Tele-Messenger Ultra is available as a turn-key, fully integrated automated unattended dialing system or can be purchased as an easy to install kit for your PC. The Tele-Messenger Ultra has unlimited capability to import phone numbers from virtually any source. Tele-Messenger Systems will pre-load up to 200,000 phone numbers based on zip codes for your targeted calling area, and your script message professionally recorded, "Plug 'N Play" ready to go to work for you right out of the box (and now we'll even do the call list and script setup for your dialer kit purchase!). And we'll load the new Federal "No Call" list for up to 5 area codes for your dialing area (based on customer registration with the Federal Do Not Call listing). The system automatically dials and upon detection of a "Live Voice" answering the telephone, delivers your pre-recorded message; based upon the listener's response, the Dialer is capable of asking a series of questions which branch to other questions or statements based on the response keys pressed. Tele-Messenger Ultra also allows the contacted party to leave a message, such as name, address & best time to call back, or transfer a call to a "Live" agent. A full-featured, simple to use Scripting Tool is included that allows the user to develop up to six calling campaigns in just minutes! The Tele-Messenger Ultra Auto Dialer system uses sophisticated software and Dialogic hardware technology to recognize the unique tones produced by various devices such as pagers, answering machines, modems, fax machines and out-of-order numbers at the other end of the line. Alternately, the Dialer can be set to deliver a different message to a live respondant and an answering machine, or perform a live call transfer (using the 3-way conference call feature). The system automatically dials each imported phone number, and upon detection of a live respondant answering the telephone, delivers your pre-recorded message. Tele-Messenger Ultra also allows the contacted party to leave a message, such as name, address and best time to call back, or can simply deliver the message and move on to the next call. The results of each call dialed are marked with a Call Status Code, which is a detail of the outcome of the call which can be viewed in Crystal Reports.
