In order for the Tele-Messenger Ultra to make calls, it must have a list of phone numbers to dial. The Tele-Messenger Ultra system is designed to dial numbers from a phone number list, which includes information such as name, address, city, state and zip, so that you can follow up on your leads by mail or by phone. Tele-Messenger Ultra also comes with an exclusive Call List Template Wizard which allows for the creation of a unique database template based on the specific attributes of your phone list data, thereby allowing for any type of phone data to be loaded quickly and easily. There are two basic ways to introduce phone dialing numbers into your Tele-Messenger Ultra system; import from a CD-ROM phone book or external database, or receive as a pre-qualified list from an outside source or list broker.
